Afterthoughts of this article.
I am not disabled, but I think the accessibility has improved much in the past few years. It seems to me that people with disability can now take bus or subway with much less hassle. There is a dedicated area in the bus for wheelchairs. I saw the bus staff help people in wheelchairs get into the bus. My legs once hurt so much that I can’t walk normally. The subway staff actively asked if there was anything she can help. But there are still many things we can do. For example, one must walk up the stairs to get to the third floor of National Library, as the elevator is closed because of Covid control. Nobody noticed it, as people with disability rarely go to National Library (which, presumably, is due to the inaccessibility of National Library, or any other place en route, to disabled people in other aspects).
